Welcome to PantryChef, a service operated by Hexonix Technologies. By accessing our website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use PantryChef for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, and you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright notations

2. Disclaimer

The materials on PantryChef are provided on an 'as is' basis. PantryChef makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

Recipe suggestions are generated by AI. Users are responsible for verifying food safety, allergens, and cooking temperatures.

3. Limitations

In no event shall PantryChef or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PantryChef.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

PantryChef offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through our Stripe billing portal — see our Support Hub for details.

5. Donations

PantryChef donates 5% of net subscription revenue to Food Banks Canada and the UN World Food Programme. Donations are calculated and applied on a net monthly revenue basis and are made at our discretion as part of our ongoing commitment to reducing food insecurity.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our Support Hub.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 12 years of age to use PantryChef. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
